Vital Skills Development (Pty) Ltd is a South African education, training and skills development company headquartered in Mafikeng, North West Province. We exist to help close the national skills gap, support economic transformation and expand access to quality learning — particularly in underserved, peri-urban and rural communities where opportunity is hardest to reach.
We work alongside employers, government and community structures to design and deliver training that is practical, compliant and genuinely useful: programmes that move people into employment, strengthen enterprises and give organisations a measurable return on their skills investment.

Accreditation & Quality Assurance
Built inside South Africa’s quality framework
VSD operates within the national quality assurance framework, aligning programme development, assessment and moderation with NQF, SAQA, QCTO and relevant SETA standards. Quality is engineered into every programme from the design stage — not inspected in afterwards.
● ACCREDITATION STATUS
Accreditation applications are currently in progress with the QCTO and the relevant SETAs. While approvals are pending, VSD delivers non-accredited skills programmes, customised in-house training and Skills Development Facilitation (SDF) services — all designed in alignment with national quality standards. Confirmed accreditation details will be published here once approvals are received.
